SOUND BATH MEDITATION
Second Tuesday / 5:45-6:45pm / Studio B / Amy
Join Amy for a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful restorative effects for the mind and body.
No asana, no movement - just the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, rain stick and gongs.
The sound waves wash over you like a "bath", helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. The vibrations from the instruments can help shift brainwaves into meditative states (such as alpha and theta), facilitating inner balance and stress reduction.
No previous meditation experience needed. Just bring an open mind, wear comfortable clothing, and allow the sounds to guide you into a space of stillness and relaxation.

90 MinUTE LIVE MUSIC yin YOGA NIDRA
Sunday / October 5 | 7:00pm-8:30pm / Michael
Join Phil Levesque, Grace Magnusson, and BTY Teachers Michael and Karen for this 90-minute Live Music, Yin/Nidra Yoga Flow. This 90-minute session is ideal for those seeking deep relaxation, emotional healing, and physical release, all while being supported by the transformative power of live music. It combines 30 minutes of Yin Yoga, in which postures are held for extended periods (usually 3-5 minutes), allowing the body to release deep tension. This part focuses on the connective tissues, enhancing flexibility, and promoting deep relaxation. The practice transitions to 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, where participants are guided into a conscious relaxation, sometimes referred to as "yogic sleep." This practice induces a deep sense of restfulness, with benefits including stress relief, enhanced mental clarity, and physical relaxation. Gentle live music plays in the background to help participants ground themselves and connect with their breath. The final 30 minutes focuses on the healing sounds of live music.

Discover a dynamic fusion of grace and power in our Do Flow class. Join Vail-Marie for an all levels flow class built around breath, body mechanics, inner strength, and philosophy. Do, pronounced “dough” is one of the integral pieces to Taekwon-Do, the Korean martial art of self defense. The founder, General Choi Hong Hi, believed, like other Eastern philosophies, the only way one can truly achieve is to go beyond the technical and establish a lifestyle based on a solid code of morality. In Taekwon-Do students are taught to follow a code of tenets that include: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. Upon a closer look, these are very similar to the Yamas and Niyamas of Yoga philosophy.
Vail-Marie currently holds the rank of 3rd Dan (3rd Degree black belt) and is currently training to become an international instructor.
