VIN-YIN

Vin-Yin Yoga is a balanced practice that blends the energizing flow of Vinyasa with the deep, meditative stillness of Yin. You’ll leave feeling both invigorated and deeply restored, with a sense of harmony in body and mind.

vinyasa

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, breath-centered practice that links movement with intention. Each class flows through a creative sequence of poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Expect a mindful yet energizing experience that can be both challenging and accessible, with options offered along the way. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to your body and breath.

All levels are welcome except for true beginners. It is preferable to have a foundational practice before joining Vinyasa.

yin

Yin yoga is the perfect yoga class for beginners, people who have finished with physical therapy, or students who have been away from yoga practice for a while. It is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body. Poses are held for several minutes, inviting stillness while gently improving flexibility and joint mobility. This quiet practice encourages you to soften, release tension, and turn inward. You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply restored.

BLENDED (Yin-Yang) YOGA

Blended Yoga is an integrative practice that combines elements from different styles of yoga. This style of yoga may blend elements such as:  Vinyasa  (fluid movements linked with breath), Hatha (focusing on alignment and static postures), Yin (holding poses for extended periods, focusing on the connective tissue), and Restorative (slow, gentle stretches that promote relaxation and stress reduction). Blended Yoga may also incorporate Pranayama (breath) and Meditation into the practice. The combination of varied techniques makes it appealing for those looking for a balanced and well-rounded yoga experience that addresses both the physical and mental aspects of well-being. All levels welcome.

CENTERED FLOW

Centered Flow is an all-levels, breath led class to bring you back to your inner steady point. We begin with a moment of stillness to set an intention or reflect on a simple piece of yogic philosophy, creating a mindful foundation for your movement.
